April 3, 2014 – Copylandia Office Systems Corporation recently took part in Digiprint 2014, an international exhibition of printing, labeling and graphic arts products held at the SMX Convention Center from March 28-30.
As one of the country’s largest distributors of office and printing equipment, Copylandia boasted the biggest space in the exhibit, bringing along an unprecedented 22 machines from the world’s top brands in printing, finishing and publishing.
Among the machines featured were the new ComColor series from RISO, the world’s fastest inkjet printer series with the lowest cost per print in the market. Three models were represented in the lineup: the ComColor 9150, 7150 and 3150 printers, with full-color printing speeds of 150ppm, 120ppm and 90ppm respectively.
Combined with the optional Multifinisher upgrade module, the machines churned out newsletters, flyers and sample prints. They also showcased the ComColor’s ability to print quadruplicate receipts in pre-perforated NCR paper. Thanks to its amazing speed and four paper trays, the ComColor can print up to 36 booklets per hour, or as many as 288 booklets in one 8-hour shift.
Copylandia also brought along DEVELOP multifunction printers and production presses. Offering best-in-class output quality, the German-branded machines produced photo books and banners onsite that mirror those of offset machines, while retaining digital flexibility and speed.
Rounding out Copylandia’s lineup were RISO super digital duplicators, Gocco Pro100 garment printer, and Horizon’s extensive line of binding, trimming and finishing equipment.
In attendance was Copylandia’s President and CEO, Feliciano Juarez, Jr. who personally interacted with guests and long-time customers. Mr. Natsuhiko Yamada, Manager for Horizon International, was also on-hand for the event.
Digiprint 2014 is part of the first ever Digital Technology World expo, with over 200 participating companies spread across 8,000 sq. meters of exhibit space.
